Account Usage!

 

 All accounts that are being shared, are your responsibility. The Legends Of Heroes staff does not intervene between players and accounts, items or equipment sharing. If you get scammed by doing any of these please know this is your fault as we HIGHLY recommened you do not do so.

 If your account is found with any 3rd Party programs intended to hack the Legends Of Heroes client or any of Legends Of Heroes services, your account will be terminated (permanently banned). Be careful who you share your account with. Even if it was not you who put the programs on your account, if you are caught, Legends Of Heroes Management reserves the right to discard any consideration of your case. If evidence is presented that excuses you from hacking, your case may be revisited.

 

  Hacks and scams within the server:

 

 If your account is hacked, and you are not at fault (meaning you NEVER shared your account with anybody) it is your responsibility to fill out a hacked form. All hacked cases should be within 3 months of the incident. If a hacked case is reported more than 3 months after the incident, Legends Of Heroes retains the right to deny consideration of the case.

If you do OUT-OF-SERVER TRADES and you get scammed, there is NOTHING we will do to help you.

 Legends Of Heroes staff members have comeplete authority to decide which cases they want to help. However, if a staff member is purposely being of no use and/or discriminating without warrant they will be suspended immediately! We encourage our staff members to be accepting of all and to be reasonable with our users. A staff member is not compelled to help you if he/she does not possess the authority to.

 

  Spamming/Flaming in Local, Trade and World chat:

 

 Spamming Local, Trade and/or, World Chat (does not include Buying/Selling items) is not acceptable. if caught doing so you will be muted 5 minutes the first time. If caught by the same person (repeating the same offense) you will be muted for 30 minutes without a warning. Depending on the severity, you can be muted from 1-24 hours (3rd Offense).

Flaming in Local, Trade and World Chat is not acceptable. If you are caught there is NO warning, you will be muted for 5 minutes same as the spamming rule.

 

  Abusing bug's if found in the server:

 If you are caught abusing a bug in the server such as "DUPING" or any other bug, your account will be banned from the server forever (depending on the severity). Meaning you will not be unbanned. If you are honest with us and send us a email or post on forum about it we will do our best to help you become clean and not end up being banned if you don't well, it says it all up there.

If staff find's you stat hacking, Abusing stats any kind of hacking for stats your account will be banned and deleted without any warning.

 

  Being scammed by a fake staff members:

 Legends Of Heroes Staff will NEVER ask for your password or account information. Please do not be fooled. All Official Legends Of Heroes Staff will have [GOD] [ADMIN] [GM] [HD] or [PC] In front of thier names. Please know that if you are somehow scammed by one of these you must screenshot them if your case is to even be considered. If you cannot provide screenshots or information you are likely to not be helped.

 

 

  Being scammed by a fake website:

 Our server has only ONE website and that is LegendsxHeroes.wix.com/heroes! Do not ever enter your account information into any website pretending to be ours! If you do so, you will not be given any help if you are hacked!

 

  Important Updates:

 Outer server trades are illegal whatsoever. Account selling, buying, and trading (in-server) is legal WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY STAFF! If it is not accompanied by staff, it is illegal and is punishable by server law. If you get scammed by this, you will NOT be helped! This includes out-of-server and in-server trades!

If you do infact get scammed doing outer server trades. All reports MUST include screenshots if they are to even be considered.

If you sell any of your items to npc, drop any of your items on the ground, wrongly fuse any of your items, or delete any of your items, it is possible to re-obtain them. While your equipment is your responsibility, Legends Of Heroes Staff will most likely be reasonable in returning your equipment. However, this does not (IN ANY WAY) compel Legends Of Heroes Staff to respond to cases regarding this situation.

 

 All characters, accounts, and equipment  are solely Legends Of Heroes Property. The Legends Of Heroes Online Staff has complete access to all characters and accounts.
