 When a player is jailed, the staff member jailing them will contact them with the reason they are being jailed (via PM, Local, and E-mail) and will ask the player for a statement. The player will then give the staff member their statement or retain their statement for later. The staff member will have to make a report. Both will be sent to a [GOD] for review. The player will await their "Trial" from then on. If the trial is not held within 72 hours of the arrest, the player will be freed under "house arrest" until their trial. If the player is found guilty, proper punishment will be issued. If the player is found innocent, the case will be reviewed and the player will be freed.

 

 House Arrest: A player is freed from jail awaiting their trial. They will be bound to the main cities, meaning they will not be allowed to leave Shaitan, Icicle, or Argent. This includes minimaps such as Kyjj 3, Arena 1, Tundra Path. If they are cought out of the main cities, they will be sent back to jail and kept there for 72 hours or until their trial (whichever comes first). 

 

 If you are innocent and you have been arrested, do not worry. The case will be reviewed and we will be as fair as possible. You have nothing to worry about. Just cooperate with the staff member that arrested you and the issue will be resolved as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by false accusations. We will always be looking to improve our justice system to prevent any false accusations by staff. 

 

 Our staff will not discriminate based on race, sexual orientation, sex, or dissability. If you find any staff member doing this, immediately report them. If they are found guilty of discrimination, they will be immediately suspended and/or fired. We hold our staff to the highest standards of any server. Our staff are selected under the impression of being responsible, reasonable, morally acceptable people.
